Founder and CEO

Dr. Sally Hirsch, the CEO and founder of Tracker Apps, is an international educator with experience working in schools and universities around the world. She is best known for her work as a researcher and specialist in intercultural competence in education organisations and a curriculum developer for middle and high schools as well as teacher education programmes. Sally has a Bachelor’s degree in Resource Management from the Australian National University, a Master of Teaching from the University of Sydney and a EdD in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco.

Malcolm Nicolson

Malcolm Nicolson

Chief Academic Officer

Malcolm Nicolson is CAO of Tracker Apps and director of Erimus Education. After teaching in the UK, Bahamas and Thailand, he became Head of MYP Development for the IB (International Baccalaureate) from 2007 till 2013 and Head of Diploma Programme Development from 2013 to 2015. Malcolm was responsible for curriculum development across MYP and DP, including all subject review. Malcolm has a BSc. (Hons) Ecological Sciences from Edinburgh University; PGCE (Biology and PE) at Newcastle University; MA in International Education from Bath University, UK; and MSc (distinction) in Energy and Environmental Management from Teesside University, UK.

James Gallagher

James Gallagher

Chief Operations Officer

James is COO of Tracker Apps. He has lived and worked in Germany, France and the US in several different industries, including the tech startup sector and higher education. Currently James splits his time between San Francisco, where he teaches at FIDM, and Paris where he teaches in the MBA programs at the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and International School of Management. He has a Bachelor’s degree in German and Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris.
